Our rates are those displayed on the Airbnb website, minus Airbnb's service fee of 17%. For example, if Airbnb displays a rate of €200, our price is €200 - 17% x €200 = €166.

The cancellation policy is the same as on the Airbnb website, i.e. a full refund of the deposit if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the arrival date.

Payment is made in two installments: a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% one week before your arrival.
